Chris Roscoe is the Founder and General Manager of The Kaimana Company Holdings LLC where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, its affiliate ventures, and bespoke client projects. He engages frequently with clientele of various backgrounds and industries to advise, consult, collaborate, plan, and manage their projects, assets, businesses, talent, and growth. Building on more than 25 years of experience in business administration and planning, operations and project management, logistics, and accounting, Chris offers a wealth of knowledge spanning a wide spectrum of market sectors ranging from real estate and construction to healthcare, finance, and information technology.
Very early on in his career, Chris worked as the Special Assistant to a U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, administering and investigating large companies that had filed for Chapter 11 reorganization and Chapter 7 bankruptcy, including commercial airlines, textile companies, restaurants, and real estate development projects to name a few. In this role he was afforded a unique perspective into the inner workings and subsequent failures of various businesses that, though at one time had succeeded, ultimately fell short in the long run.
This experience with its diverse aspects and responsibilities set the professional course for Chris and has allowed him to adapt efficiently and effectively to new environments. As such he brings with him a “toolkit” packed full of wide-ranging experience and knowledge, in addition to tangible solutions and valuable acumen to any project or venture in which he engages. In his roles as a Consultant and Operations Professional at The Kaimana Company, you can rest assured that your endeavor will benefit from Chris’s commitment, expertise, and professionalism.
